We are a group of concerned residents who are collectively doing what we can to improve matters in St Matthew's Gardens (SMG).
We are appalled by the management of SMG not just because of the management company RMG and their rip off service charges but also by the dictatorial informal Steering group that is posing as a 'residents' association' and imposing its views on all SMG residents. A recent example being their fraudulent application to the Council for parking restrictions in SMG, in which they made the claim that the majority of residents supported total parking restrictions when only 15 out of 210 (7%) were in support. RMG was also involved in survey rigging with an alleged total of 110 responses out of 210 returned, of which 91 were in support of total parking restrictions in spite of the fact that many SMG residents were excluded from participating in the survey they carried out in 2010.
