While we the residents of SMG are paying a considerable sum annually in service charges and for managing what is supposedly a secure underground car park, little did we know that RMG's very own employee, the 'caretaker' (Darren) has given access to the car park to convicted criminals, amongst others.
Criminal incidents have also taken place in the car park, and residents are not getting what they are paying for, no surprise there, judging by reviews of RMG.
